TEREZA BURKETT

Tereza started playing tennis at the age of four with her mother, a tennis professional herself in a small club in Prague, Czech Republic. Tereza competed across Europe, always ranking among the top three players in her age division nationally and top 100 ITF. She began playing professionally on the WTA tour at eighteen.


After two years on the WTA tour, she earned a scholarship to the University of Utah, where she played number one singles and doubles, achieving high NCAA rankings in both. Tereza received yet another scholarship to study Sport & Exercise Science from Leeds Beckett University in England, where she completed her Masters Degree. Tereza has gained valuable experience around the world at the highest levels as both coach and player.
