Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a spot in any clinic.
Non-members pay a higher rate for clinics than members.
Clinics are offered on a session-by-session basis, and spaces are limited.
There are no guaranteed make-ups for missed clinics. However, participants may check with the Front Desk for availability in a similar group.
A maximum of two make-up classes may be allowed per session, based on availability.
Make-ups must be scheduled within the same session and cannot be carried over.
Players are expected to arrive on time and be ready to start at the scheduled clinic time.
Late arrivals disrupt instruction and impact the overall experience for other participants.
If a player is consistently late or absent, their spot may be forfeited for future sessions.
All clinic participants must have a signed liability waiver on file before participating.
ERC is not responsible for any injuries sustained during clinics or on club property.
